There are currently two items of which all residents should be aware:
The lock on the main gate (at the Cabana) sometimes does not unlock from the inside. Parts have been ordered to fix this, but in the interim, if you have difficulty, please use the other gate.
The pool filter is being repaired, but again, parts have not arrived. Until it is fixed, the pool is being cleaned, and chemicals are being added, on a daily basis.
